This role can potentially be performed fully remotely from home within Poland area.
What you will be responsible for:
As Senior Associate you will:

Knowledge of custodian bank operations, international market instruction and settlement protocols, and knowledge of global regulatory requirements applicable to custodian bank operation.

Take initiative to participate and/ or lead targeted projects as needed

Take direction from others to complete assigned tasks

Assist in the remediation of client service issues through closure

Continuously develop knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand impact to your role and responsibilities

Basic understanding of Accounting, Custody, Fund Administration

Basic understanding of Sub-Custody and International Markets, Securities, Cash Transaction Processing protocols, knowledge of global market processing requirements

Knowledge of internal State Street back office applications such as GTM, IIP, SMAC, GSMAC, MYVIEW, IBS, Hogan

Ability to work with large amounts of data, working knowledge of Micorsoft tools

The candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Requires strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize and must have solid time management skills

The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with Senior Management of State Street Corporation

Experience with conversion or transformation projects is preferable
Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree - undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, with a strong academic background.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Industry
