AWD Team Manager, Assistant Vice President
Location: Gdańsk, Kraków

The AWD Team Manager is responsible for managing the teams of AWD business analysts and developers. Additionally, the Team Manager acts as Senior Business Analyst, in a mixed role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Define career path and goals for direct reports;
  • Ensure the team follows the AWD process, including documentation, and delivers tasks as per agreed SLAs;
  • Provide accurate estimates to PMO/PM where requested;
  • Ensure that specialist knowledge is kept current and is shared among team members;
  • Managing a team of developers in an Agile environment may be required.
  • Responsible for using BPM tool (AWD) to build customer defined business processes. This development efforts requires defining and implementing AWD processes, reporting and iFAST integration;
  • Focus on BPM design using BPMN standards, development, administration, testing, implementation and support of AWD Product;
  • Training of processes and AWD as required, provide curriculum development updates, input, guidance based on experience;
  • Provision of the Application Support Document;
  • Writing User Manuals, Training Material and Application Support Documents as required;
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in systems and processes;

  • Relational databases (basic SQL skills);
  • Web Services;
  • Agile/ Scrum experience;
  • Education in economics, business, finance, management, IT
  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis/development experience in a financial services and/ or project & team management.
