In this role, you can use your knowledge and skills as a functional expert in topics related to HR processes. You will be able to act as a mentor for people managers in HR (like salary reviews, payroll, HR administration information and similar).

You are responsible for

  • Managing HR communication to people managers and employees
  • Providing meaningful and accurate reports to support the business regionally
  • Responding to external and internal requests for HR information
  • Collaborating closely with market to design and initiates organizational changes
  • Driving regular data review in our systems and requesting corrections
  • Performing standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements
  • Supporting managers, HR Managers and HRBP professionally on executing HR processes
  • Participating in LEAN process improvement activities
  • Support Italian payroll in expertise of HR topics and payroll knowledge

You are a part of our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź, where we centralize essential Philips business processes. We offer support to HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and many other departments. You will be part of Philips People Services team, which is based in Łódź, Poland. PPS is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Philips. A team of HR professionals delivering HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. PPS delivers cost-effective people services by leveraging economies of scale, globalizing processes and simplifying the ways of working, while delivering superior HR experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree

  • Solid experience in HR area (reporting, analytics, consulting)

  • Fluent English and Italian language (both spoken and written)

  • Practical knowledge of stakeholder management in matrix structures

  • Project management experience

  • Good understanding of HR processes and policies

  • SAP HR, MS Excel, Workday system knowledge is essential

  • Being detail-oriented, proactive and team-player

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload

  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information

  • Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales

  • Pervious knowledge of Italian payroll
