Description

We are looking for an assistant to join our HR team to support administrative tasks, as well as manage relevant data in a friendly and supportive environment.

Duties:

• Maintenance of personal files of employees
• Entering employee data into the HR and payroll system 
• Supporting daily admin tasks and other HR activities if needed

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish & communicative English (B2 level)
• Basic MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word) 
• Availability to work from our office (Poleczki Street, Ursynów)
• Strong organizational skills, work on your own initiative, attention to details
• Proactiveness and willingness to learn
• Currently studying HR Management, Psychology or a related field will be an asset
