As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz. Join our Personal Health team that is responsible for managing the orders, cooperation with our business partners and internal stakeholders.
You are responsible for

Order processing – opening orders, order management, on-schedule processing, price checking and delivery

Analyzes the order in SAP based on the commercial catalog with data from the technical catalog

Managing inbound and outbound calls (big part of the day) – building relationships with our Customers

Processing of goods procurement and reservations (priority setting on advertisements and promotions)

Preparing and managing credits

Recording and processing of logistic customer complaints

Clarifying differences including cause analysis in service

Working with error lists about prices and other incompleteness
-
Reviewing consumer care process and managing customer inquiries

Ensuring telephone & email availability

Taking part in LEAN improvement projects
You are a part of
Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the field of: Supply chain, Transport & Logistics
- 1-2 years experience within Order management, Logistics or Customer Service department
- Fluent Dutch and very good English
- Knowledge of SAP (is a must)
- IT Literacy: good Ms Excel
- Perfect communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of logistics / supply chain
