We're looking for a Business Manager in Center of Excellence (CoE) Recruiting Governance Team to:
• prepare reporting with data visualisations in an accurate and timely manner to support CoE Recruiting Governance management
• support team’s management by creating relevant and insightful presentations
• be responsible for auditing activities (reporting/ sampling/ coordination/ updating documentation)
• provide ad-hoc support for project related tasks within CoE Recruiting Governance
• perform miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary
• collaborate closely with global Recruiting and other HR stakeholders
Your team
You'll be part of the Recruiting Governance Support team which is part of the Get Hired Stream based in Poland. You’ll also be able to draw on the expertise of our global team. Our goal is to ensure that our agile recruiting organization is set up for success, delivering a great service to our business and candidates, efficiently and effectively.

Your expertise
• experience in business management tasks
• passionate about analytical tasks (data and reporting)
• advanced Microsoft Office applications skills - MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must
• fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• ability to work independently, and to assume responsibility, hands-on attitude
• background within a Recruiting or HR Operations function would be an asset
• ability to quickly learn processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and structure change
