Desired Skills & Experience
- 6 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain, incl. min. 2 in leading a team
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English are a must (min. B2 level)
- Proven knowledge of material planning & procurement processes
- Fluency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, teamwork, facilitation, persuasion and communication
- Ability to work under time pressure
Responsibilities
- Manages the team to deliver material planning and procurement services to a dedicated business area
- Leads and coaches the team to ensure strong team performance and motivation
- Manages resolution of issues raised within Material Planning and Procurement process area and facilitates alignment with stakeholders, as necessary
- Manages functional on-boarding, training and development of team members
- Supports identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Implements projects to achieve improved efficiencies and operating effectiveness in accordance with defined project plans
