For our Client, an international services company, we are looking for candidates for the position of PTP Process Lead with English (Dutch/French) in Wrocław.
- reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets,
- ensuring knowledge, efficiency & high quality in F&A teams,
- effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers,
- managing and coordinating of AP team in day to day operations,
- monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures,
- providing operational support to team members.
- minimum 2 years of experience in PTP,
- problem solving attitude, result-oriented attitude,
- very good Excel skills,
- SAP knowledge will be an asset,
- fluent verbal and written communication in English (French or Dutch will be an advantage),
- experience in SSC or BPO environment will be an asset.
