We are looking for Learning Services Specialist with Italian and located in Warszawa.

We are looking for Learning Services Specialist with Italian and located in Warszawa.
What you will do:
- Manage Learning & Development activities for the employees based in Italy
- Coordinate logistics, administration, and communication in the learning area
- Communicate with employees, trainers, external vendors, and other actors (HRBPs, managers, procurement teams etc.)
- Cooperate closely with stakeholders responsible for the training offer
- Participate in activities related to finance management (managing purchase requests, cost charge activities according to the local procedures)
- Ensuring correct data input in the learning system, process documentation and knowledge base
- Support employees in their issues related to learning and answer questions through a ticketing system
- Prepare reports and analysis of learning data
- Participate in various learning projects and contribute to process and tools improvements
If you have:
- Excellent command of spoken and written Italian and English (any other European language is a plus)
- Interest and knowledge in Learning or another HR Service
- Pro-active attitude and team spirit
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and ability to prioritize
- Good command of MS Office
- Customer oriented approach (Experience in SSC/BPO organization will be a huge asset
