Responsibilities:
- identify and assess B2B clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
- answer customers’ questions and queries via phone and email, manage their orders and update data in the system,
- support logistic processes, including transportation and deliveries,
- provide information about products, pricing, sales etc.,
- cooperate with other internal departments and factory in Finland.
Requirements:
- very good English and Italian (min. B2/C1),
- customer service experience is a plus, but not required,
- great interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
- ability to learn quickly,
- very good time management.
