Responsibilities:

• Deliver detailed credit analysis and ensure a high quality and timely delivery of the Credit Management process towards the internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Evaluate customer’s credit data and financial statements in order to determine degree of risk involvement.
• Management of the organization’s credits.
• Support in optimization of credit management processes.
• Determine credit worthiness of customers.
• Perform and reviews process controls (ICS, ICM, BPC) as prescribed in the desktop procedures.
• Update Country-Specific documentations (Supporting documents).
• Conduct trainings to new joiners.
• Participation in projects, transitions and initiatives; supporting team in operational topics.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Finance. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Credit Management or other related Order-to-Cash processes.
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate+ MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems. SAP experience valuable.
• Customer oriented.
• Ability to prioritize, analyze, can-do attitude plan and coordinate peaks of workload.
• Fluent English (min. B2) skills both in the spoken and written form, local language would be an asset.
