We are looking for Learning Services Specialist with French and located in Warszawa.

What you will do:

  • Manage Learning & Development activities for the employees based in France
  • Coordinate logistics, administration, and communication in the learning area
  • Communicate with employees, trainers, external vendors, and other actors (HRBPs, managers, procurement teams etc.)
  • Cooperate closely with stakeholders responsible for the training offer
  • Participate in activities related to finance management (managing purchase requests, cost charge activities according to the local procedures)
  • Ensuring correct data input in the learning system, process documentation and knowledge base
  • Support employees in their issues related to learning and answer questions through a ticketing system
  • Prepare reports and analysis of learning data
  • Participate in various learning projects and contribute to process and tools improvements

If you have:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English (any other European language is a plus)
  • Interest and knowledge in Learning or another HR Service
  • Pro-active attitude and team spirit
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Good organization and ability to prioritize
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Customer oriented approach (Experience in SSC/BPO organization will be a huge asset
