The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefit strategies, practices and processes. You will be a key influencer for our Operations, HR and other stakeholders in the business. The ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic organizations, has Compensation & Benefits or HR experience and a proven track record of key stakeholder management at senior levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop & implement compensation & benefit structures across the organization
• Ensure competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate team members
• Provide HR & Business Leader consultancy on C&B philosophy, programs & policies
• Ensure compliance with local government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices
• Contributes to an annual market pricing review process & annual pay budgeting process
• Takes part in ensuring smooth Annual Performance Review process for the organization
• Supporting and advising senior managers in their decisions about compensation packages

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English and German
• Minimum 2 years of Compensation, HR or Finance experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, highly PC literate
• Knowledge of HRIS (Workday an advantage)
• Knowledge of Mercer/Hay job evaluation methodology (nice to have)
• Experience in analyzing data
