Main Responsibilities:
- Co-leading multi-location team, setting objectives, coaching, developing and motivating team members
- Provide technical/knowledge/skills support to the team members
- Active participation in BAU - process delivery (80%) and leaders’ tasks (20%)
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of processes performed by the team
- Be the first point of contact for Cash Monitoring legacy locations as well as other stakeholders in case of absence of the Team Leader
- Guarantee the timely escalation of problems, system failures and highlight of incidents to the Team Leader or Cash Monitoring Manager
- Supporting Team Leader in keeping legacy locations updated on a daily basis
- Ensuring a high quality of the operations /service
- Supporting Team Leader in the recruitment process of team members
- Supporting Team Leader in yearly appraisals process with employees
- Providing support for new comers to adapt to the BP2S environment
- Overall provide leadership to the team, ensure that the workload is equitably balanced in the team
- Tasks allocation and assigning backups
- Supporting Team Leader and in some events lead team meetings on subjects such as information update, organizational issues etc.
- Deal with any unexpected issues such as system failure, supplier error etc.
- Resolve any misunderstandings within the team and/or with the client
- Daily controls of the performed work of other team members (acting as control plan)
- Ensuring the timely delivery of KPIs to legacy location and KPIs for IOC management, and any other documentation for ORC & OPC, Compliance, higher management and others
- Monitoring of the group e-mail box
- Monthly files check
- Supporting Team Leader in maintaining up to date BCP, BIA and SLA documentation
- Ensure operational procedures are kept up to date
- Coaching, motivating and training of new and existing cash and payments controllers
- Cooperation with other teams in BP2S (e.g. BAT, Transformation ) in relation to process automation
Requirements:
- Fluency in English as working language
- Italian would be a great asset
- Proven track record of work in operational area – deep knowledge about Investment Fund Industry will be an advantage
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good understanding of funds industry
- Client focused - able to build productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
