Your responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls in German about mobile and internet services, bills
  • Presentation of the offer prepared for the customer

Requirements

  • German language skills (B2 level)
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Pro-client attitude
  • Willingness to develop your sales skills
  • Need to work in an office in Szczecin

Employment conditions:

  • working days: Monday - Sunday (5 days a week)
  • working hours: 8.5h a day (1h break included); Monday - Saturday: 7:30-22:00, Sunday: 7:30-20:00
  • Salary: 7500 PLN + minimum 500 PLN bonus
  • Sign on bonus of 1000 EUR (split into 2 installments of 500 EUR: first to be paid after the nesting period- 6 weeks after start and second after the completion of the 3rd month with us)
  • Employment contract
