As a Junior Supply Chain Specialist you will be contributing to further building the Global Supply Chain function. You will cover all operational and administrational activities within our Global Supply Chain function.
What you’ll do:
- participate in a specific product category and the associated supplier portfolio and support in day-to-day SCM operations
- perform important administration tasks for the entire category (portfolio of suppliers)
- track and ensure the timely receipt of goods to our international warehouses, towards meeting availability goals for our inspiring products
- inventory management including ensuring product availability and carrying out the ordering process from quantity determination to monitoring the timely and complete receipt of goods
- close cooperation with our external suppliers and many internal departments (Buying, Logistics, Production, Finance, etc.
You come with:
- bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field will be an asset
- ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment
- fast comprehension, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a “hands-on” attitude and the ability to focus both on detail and fast execution
- good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with different stakeholders
- fluency in English
