What you will do-

You will be a part of the Indirect Procurement function, reporting into the IP Strategy & Programs team supporting the Procurement to Pay (P2P) system, processes, tools, enhancements, expansion and support the IP organization with the execution of analytics and bids within and outside the scope of Coupa. This is a critical role in the IP organization extending our center of excellence expertise in the Warsaw, Poland Shared Service Center. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop reports, analyze spend and apply sourcing and indirect procurement (IP) methodologies and tools to drive preferred supplier utilization, procurement policy compliance and catalogue and content strategies within Coupa procurement solution and stakeholder group.
• Actively support IP category teams and leaders with Coupa related RFx and analytics support to enable functional KPI achievement.
• Support Coupa procurement and supplier process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Champion enterprise and local IP change management activities.
• Provide professional level 2 customer service support and Coupa tool SME as a member of Coupa Operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders as local IP Coupa operations support for internal, external, and interdepartmental process excellence, customer support, problem solving, supplier management and project management; lead local Coupa task force team to drive greater more effective usage of the Coupa tool and policy compliance.
• Provide end user and supplier support and training.
• Actively liaise and troubleshoot issues with cross functional teams to drive process improvements relative to Coupa, the Stryker buying process and sub processes and IP operations.
• Manage internal supplier information process, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and interface failure resolution. Coordinate with suppliers, technical resources, and data experts for resolution to deliver long term solutions and mitigate future risk.
• Establish subject matter expertise within Coupa and related tools, processes.
• Provide e-sourcing RFx support for various IP stakeholders and projects
• Partner with Indirect Procurement partners and business stakeholders to prepare for Coupa expansion in Europe

What you need-

• Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management or related field -highly preferred)
• 2 years of procure-to-pay system experience required, Coupa or Ariba preferred.
• 4 years of experience in indirect or direct purchasing organization, required.
• 2 years data analytics, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
