We are looking for a Supplier Quality Staff Engineer in Warsaw for a 1 year fixed term contract :

• Role Details
  • Own Supplier Quality Improvement Project ensuring effective use of appropriate problem-solving tools e.g. lean six-sigma, DDW, PCPA and others.
  • Support Sites with root cause analysis on defective parts and critical quality issues e.g. Esacpe, Commercial Hold, Product Field Action
  • Building Supplier Capability by supplier training and sharing best practices
  • Support cost optimization activities e.g. part certification
  • Build a relationship with suppliers
  • Plan and execute supplier audits (monitoring, for cause)

• Role Requirements
  • BSc. in engineering or engineering related discipline required or equivalent years of experience
  • 8 years of experience in a Supplier-facing role
  • Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of PFMEA, PCP
  • Profound knowledge of QM-Systems (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485)
  • Lead Auditor 13485 (preferred)

• Skills
  • Lean-Six-Sigma Green-Belt Certification
  • Language: Polish, English, German (preferred)
  • IT: MS-Office, Teams, Minitab (preferred)
  • local driver license
