Key Activities & Accountabilities

• Projects: participating in all project’s phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control, Closure:
  • Help with definition of RTR needs & expectations from the project & main stakeholders
  • Providing & gathering feedback on availability of R2R for the project (based on PEX Team FTE’s estimation)
  • Raising any risks when it comes to technical / compliance / people areas
  • Communicate on regular basis status / KPI of the project to RTR’s managers
  • Trainings related to R2R processes for non-financial participants of the project
  • Support in creating training materials, providing training on the new process etc. for the RTR GQO Team
  • Chasing any open topic or pending item to ensure that project will be finalize within expected timeline (flag / report / monitor)
  • Any actions that R2R owns from project perspective including testing of new solutions
  • Handle communication related to projects together with TED & PEX team
  • Assist SMEs and other stakeholders during hyper-care period
• Improvements:
  • Drive improvement & standardization mindset within the RTR GQO’s Team
  • Handle improvements tracker and decide together with managers which idea needs to be submitted in Out Of The Box tool; once submitted monitor progress of improvements
  • Update / create various dashboards needed for MDI (manage daily improvements meetings)
• Other:
  • Be a point of contact when it comes to standard closing calendar in task module in Blackline (any updates, implementation of massive standards)
  • Update Connect Site for RTR Team
  • Support standardizations in RTR Team as SME
  • Be a back ‘up for RTR Associate Managers if needed

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other language would be an advantage
• Minimum Bachelor in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in RTR position
• Strong Excel skills (buildings of macros would be an advantage)
• Experience in ERP systems
• Knowledge of USGAAP would be an advantage
• Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or other internal control concepts
• Accustomed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (Shared Service experience is preferred)
• Experience in projects’ role is not required however it would be an advantage if candidate participated in the projects as SME
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive

• Able to effectively interact with all levels within the company
• Leadership capabilities
