Private Capital Global Static Data, Local & Global Business Change Management and Transversal Projects Manager

Location: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Provide active leadership within Private Capital Warsaw team with special focus on Global Static Data operations, Business Change Management and Transversal Projects related to PC core activities and platforms
  • The role requires high levels of co-ordination both locally and with other Private Capital Client Delivery teams in Private Capital service centers based in Europe and APAC as they develop
  • Communicate and actively support Private Capital strategy, plans and objectives to the department and beyond with high focus on growing Private Capital book of business
  • Lead by example from front, inspire staff, and foster cooperative and positive culture ensuring that all employees work as a single team with their peers across domains, business lines and locations. Continuously maintain and improve team spirit. Ensure support to other departments when necessary. Be a “go to” person for complex/technical subjects for your teams
  • Ensure that all the management reporting, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, business continuity plans and all other reports are updated and distributed on regular basis. Service reviews meetings organized and held with spokes locations
  • Ensure monthly staff meetings, regular feedback sessions to staff, twice-yearly appraisals, and incident review meetings, succession planning and career development
  • Secure and evolve necessary controls and procedures so that operational risk is mitigated
  • Support the Robotics and Business Solutions Unit projects
  • Lead service review meetings with clients
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for the spoken legacy location or/and clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on managerial path in a financial institution (Private Capital/Alternatives domain knowledge/experience desired)
  • At least 3 years of management experience in an Operations environment
  • Extensive practical experience of Alternative Fund Structures (Private Equity, Debt, Infrastructure, Real Estate etc.) desired
  • A thorough knowledge of a key industry platform for Private Capital (eFront and/or Investran) and how to utilize the platform to optimize processes and deliver client requirements in a risk managed way desired
  • Knowledge of Private Capital Fund Operations is important or else ability to learn quickly leveraging on related experience
  • Fluent English is a must, Polish and French skills are helpful but not essential
