We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our International Human Resources team in Wroclaw, Poland as HR Co-ordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your HR skills where you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment and Selection, administration, dealing with external vendors, involvement with HR projects and providing reporting for our Contact Centre.
Key Responsibilities include
- Providing a range of HR services and support to the Wroclaw Contact Centre employees while ensuring an efficient service – from recruitment and joining to expiry of contract and assisting in all HR related matters (onboarding, preparing contracts, checking work permits, preparing documents for local authorities).
- Liaising with line Managers to ensure that all HR processes are completed on time and within the correct standard.
- Responding to queries regarding employment regulations, local law, policies and procedures.
- Screening and interviewing candidates in line with business needs and deadlines.
- Working closely with external recruitment agencies, universities and Talent Acquisition Team in our Head office in Doha to provide best the recruitment service for the contact centre.
- Assisting the local HR team with HR related topics.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have the following:
- Relevant HR, recruitment and administration experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of local labour Law.
- Fluency of English and Polish language is essential. You must also have the current legal rights to live and work in Poland.
