Requirements:
- 10 or more years’ experience in TA / IS Operations and / or similar Change Management role.
- Project experience and have been involved in managing / implementing change into Operations Teams.
- Holder of current Project Management, Business Analyst or Agile methodology qualifications.
- Familiarity with Multifonds, Flash, Neolink, Jira, and Power BI would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytic skills.
- Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility.
- High energy, dynamic, results focused.

*Short term travel to BNPP offices within Europe may be required.
This role requires a technically strong bright and ambitious individual who has a proven history of delivering change with a business focused approach to generate innovative solutions. The individual will have a record of building valuable relationships, collaborating with, and taking the lead within teams in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a team of highly skilled TA change professionals in Warsaw and support the regional Head of BCM to manage the allocation of work to staff ensuring equal distribution and using a common-sense approach.
- Support Global BCM with the evolution of global change governance improvements around centralized change processing of data, reporting, and data analytics.
- Manage the implementation of key strategic projects as prioritized in conjunction with Senior Management.
- Undertake business process reviews and re-engineering where required (identifying processes which need to change or to be eliminated).
- Ensure changes are correctly and clearly logged in the change register and that requirements are identified, documented, communicated, and approved for each change request.
- Manage the change estimation process within Global BCM to coordinate Operations and IT estimation for change requests.
- Support the management of resource utilization across the BCM team, identifying resources available to take on change developments and authorizing resource prioritization and allocation in conjunction with the Head of BCM in Warsaw and Senior Management.
- Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning and implementation, ensure production teams/ operation environment is prepared to effectively support and accept the changes resulting from the project. On determination of gaps, plan and take action to fill the gaps.
- Manager User Acceptance Testing (Functional Testing) which will involve Test Case Preparation, Scripting and Execution.
- Manage stakeholder interactions including IT (Globally, in Luxembourg, in Paris, and with external vendors as required), Senior Management, BAU operations, Client Line and other internal stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of a continuous improvement programme to ensure our platform is best of class.
- Support new client launches and on boarding as agreed by management in coordination with the BAU teams.
- Complete all team level admin tasks on a timely basis as required including development reviews, training, and performance reviews.
- Support the Head of BCM in Warsaw, the regional team and BCM staff as needed through training, coaching and regular feedback through regular 121 meetings with all staff as well as team meetings
