Role
In this role you will partner with Procurement Systems administrators to manage, establish, monitor, and distribute Procurement Systems analyses and metrics and tools. It will assist in the implementation of short- and long-term plans or programs for Procurement systems. Key responsibilities include managing the development of Procurement Systems performance analytics and contributing to the Global Procurement system development and enhancement.
Duties
- Manage and develop systems performance analytics and metrics
- Provide ongoing reports using visualization tools (eg: Power BI – Power Apps)
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets to identify areas of opportunities
- Lead Procurement systems problem solving activities
- May participate and provides inputs to solutions proto-typing, configuration, conference room pilots, testing and cutover activities
- Provides inputs to discuss change requests, requirements, and enhancements with IT partners
- May participate in documenting test scripts, executing functional and user acceptance testing
- Support implementation of key procedures and processes to build standardized systems analytics organization
- Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and peers by helping in the research and development of new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations
- Focuses on customer satisfaction by demonstrated teamwork and empowerment.
Person
The right person for this role must be highly organized with an ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies and an ability to work individually and in a team environment.

- Must be able to prioritize work and keep accurate and detailed records.

- Project Management knowledge preferred

Requirements
- 2-4 years of industry experience in relevant process area
- Proficient on Microsoft Suite (Excel and Power BI are a must)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management, or related field.
- Understanding of FDA and ISO 13485 quality system requirements and related global medical device quality standards
