Collections Team Lead with German
What will you do?
- Managing team of 6 people
- Serving as an SME for respective process
- Taking part in conference calls with customers
- Managing escalations and assessing progress in achieving goals, plans of the team
- Performing monthly and quarterly tasks in line with procedures
- Performing quality checks and review of performed tasks
- Resolving queries, managing incoming and outgoing calls and helping to investigate issues at hand
- Building good, long term relationship with customers
- Acting as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in potential customers visits
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Participating in project which drive collaboration
- Supporting recruitment team in the assessment processes of potential employees
What do we expect?
- English and German level C1 required (German spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of experience in the OTC
- Team Lead experience (at least 2 years)
- Strong attention to details, excellent communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize
