Systems Analyst

Purpose of the role:
The primary role of the Systems Analyst is to understand and analyze the organization’s business requirements in the Commerce area (mainly Sales and Marketing but also some areas in Finance and Supply Chain) and to create solutions for business processes.
What you’ll do:
- Understand the global solutions and work with the market to adopt them without variations, if possible
- Work with the Product Managers and the Business Subject Matter Experts to standardize and simplify the Requirements
- Provide analysis and statistics and help the Business to create the business case for the new features
- Understand the market (countries) variations and define the necessary system configurations to ensure consistency and flexibility at the same time
- Break down the Business Requirement into Functional User Stories
- Create the functional User Story, describing the business requirement in logical/technical steps
- Define the Acceptance Criteria for the User Story
- Document the solutions using the required tools (Confluence)
- Work with the UX team to validate the proposed solutions (UX matching the BE)
- Participate in the team meetings and provide additional information if requested
- Provide support to the Business to adopt the new features
- Post go live – provide analysis on how the features are used as a base for future improvements
- Be available for Production Support team to clarify the incidents
What you’ll need:
- 3+ year of experience in IT or related field (preferably eCommerce platforms)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
- Agile Methodology (certification is a plus)
- Good knowledge of analytical tools (SQL, Excel)
- Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English
