Requirements

• very good knowledge of English and German (at least B2 level),
• knowledge of MS Office package,
• ability to work in a team, strongly developed communication skills,
• good analytical skills,
• previous work experience in HR, Customer Service, Order Management or Finances,
• positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• your daily mission includes handling incoming customer inquiries, tackling emergency orders, and ensuring smooth logistics coordination for timely deliveries,
• empower customers with valuable product insights, competitive alternatives, and efficient solutions tailored to their needs,
• harness the power of our internal database to monitor and optimize customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty,
• collaborate closely with the CX team to exceed monthly performance metrics and elevate customer experience.
