Collections Support Analyst with French
THE WORK:
- Proactively manage orders on hold, communicating reasons to customers (via phone and emails) and demonstrating continuous learning of company policies.
- Review customer accounts and credit limits, submit credit related requests on behalf of customers, resolve past-due invoices, and engage in dispute cases to enhance skills in financial analysis and dedication to ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate closely with AR manager, handling credit-related requests and providing insights on customers payment behavior reports.
- Ensure constant progress in financial operations by generating and sending missing invoices, statements of account, open balance letters, sending dunning letters, solving of unidentified or unapplied payments and credit notes, and sending debtors to legal collection agencies.
- Prepare documentation, including write-offs, notes or list of uncollectable debtors, and take on advanced tasks to support the team.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office
- Fluent English and French (C1 level)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections required
- Dilligence, proactiveness, and attention to details
- Motivation and eagerness to pick up challenges
- Great communication skills
