What you will do:

• manage the activities related to the processing of orders in order to ensure their correct fulfillment in compliance with company procedures and defined service levels.
• ensure adequate assistance to customers and the business, through the effective and timely management of requests.
• ensure supervision of the order shipping process, providing appropriate indications to the warehouses in relation to the preparation of the material and the methods of dispatch, monitoring compliance with delivery times and conditions agreed with the customer.
• verify and resolve customer complaints by interacting with client functions, customers, the warehouse and or couriers.
• ensure the correct issuance of credit notes, debit notes and returns in accordance with company procedures.
• ensure the timely and correct management of equipments and the rental fee invoices relating to the Radiology business unit.

• solid Customer Service experience preferably in the Health sector
• strong customer orientation
