Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain operations.
- Achieve targets for forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory management.
- Lead demand planning, S&OP, and budget alignment.
- Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Manage logistics budgets and drive productivity improvements.
- Oversee transportation, customs processing, and 3PL performance.
- Address customer complaints and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor product availability and manage escalations.
- Lead and collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders.
About you:
- Postgraduate degree in business or supply chain management.
- 15+ years of experience, with 10+ years in the F&B/FMCG industry.
- Proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership experience, especially in customer-facing functions.
- Expertise in managing complex supply chain operations and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
