For our Client, Danone, we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Employee Request Senior Specialist with French. The team you will be working with is ONE Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as jak Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe
Requirements
- solid understanding of ES and HR policies and processes,
- proficiency with Employee Services (ES) systems,
- proficiency in English and French (C1),
- service-oriented mindset,
- demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams,
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively,
- CI skills, including proses documentation,
- capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- serve as the first point of contact for ES and HR-related queries, expertly navigating a ticketing system to liaise with HR Administration, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning,and other transversal departments,
- drive self-service capabilities for Danoners by co-creating a comprehensive knowledge base, aimed at equipping Danoners with the resources to address frequent questions and streamline their ES and HR experiences,
- efficiently resolve Tier 1 tickets, ensuring swift and accurate processing of employee data and queries, documenting all interactions and ensuring follow through on escalated cases,
- develop trusted relationships with employees and managers, delivering services with professionalism and empathy,
- facilitate cross-team collaboration to improve service delivery, reduce response times, and enhance overall efficiency,
- conduct training for new hires and managers on ES tools and processes, thereby improving team capability and service quality,
- embrace and champion continuous improvement by identifying proces enhancements and best practices.
