For our Client, from production sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior AP Accountant and AP Accountant with German or Spanish, who will be responsbile for complex AP processes.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AP area or similar,
- good understanding processes in AP area,
- high interpersonal and analytical skills,
- attention to detail and thoroughness,
- very good command of English and German (at least B2) or Spanish (at least B2),
- university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting will be an asset,
- experience in project of improvements will be an asset.
Responsibilities
- verification of incoming PO and Non-PO invoices,
- process AP documents,
- prepare and book journal entries for AP (invoices, credit notes),
- reconciliation of AP accounts,
- prepare payment proposals,
- preparation and update of internal processes and manuals,
- maintenance of relevant documents for audit,
- support Legal Entities and HQ on ad-hoc tasks,
- identify potential process improvements,
- perform other tasks related to the AP proces.
