THE WORK:

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• You will be required to timely and compliantly respond to queries and take proactive actions to collect accurate reports about debt outstanding, apply payments and credits and other OTC tasks.
• You will be required to address flagged issues and disputes, flag process and system gaps and escalate for resolution.
• You will be required to establish effective relationships with business partners by email and phone..

Your main tasks will be related to: 

• Receiving and validating new customer credit assessment and contract requests.
• Monitoring existing customer and portfolio credit risk.
• Reconciliating accounts receivable activity to the general ledger.
• Applying cash remittances and credits or adjustments.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Very good English and Spanish or Italian proficiency (min B2 level)
• Intermediate proficiency in Collections Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Effective Written Communication.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
