THE WORK
Procurement Help Desk provides assistance to organizations in the procurement process. Designed to help organizations identify and select the best products and services to meet their needs, while also ensuring that they get the best value for their money.
Your main tasks will be related to:
- Provide Level 1 support for SAP Ariba, including issue resolution, answering user queries, and addressing functional "how-to" questions
- Triage and document incidents using the ServiceNow platform, escalating to next Level support
- Ensure timely and effective communication with end users, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Support users in Balkan Region.
- Provide additional local language support for CEE Countries when applicable.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve recurring issues and improve support processes.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Very good English and Croatian/Serbian language skills (minimum C1 level) - a combination would be a distinctive advantage
- Min 1 year of previous experience in application support, help desk, or similar IT service role, ideally in SAP Ariba or a comparable procurement platform.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management) and Downstream (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- Experience supporting multinational users or customers.
