Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial data for audit and compliance purposes
• Manage complex audit queries across multiple accounting areas, ensuring clear and well-supported responses
• Liaise confidently with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders on both statutory and GAAP requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert in key accounting areas, including fixed assets, leases, intercompany, cash, revenue, loans andamp; investments, compensation andamp; benefits
• Present audit findings and process walkthroughs in a clear, concise, and structure manner
• Proactively identify potential audit risks or process gaps and collaborate on effective mitigation plans

What We Are Looking For:

We seek a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with:

• Min. 3 years of experience with a fast growing, multinational company or professional services, i.e. Big4
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline; recognized accounting qualification e.g. CA, ACCA is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to break down complex issues, frame clear problem statements, and align on solutions with stakeholders
• High level of accountability, independence, and attention to detail
• Project management skills is a plus
