At Accenture Operations we provide business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing andamp; sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Reconciliation of BS accounts, variance analysis and reporting
• Flux Analysis, investigating and explaining financial variances
• Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC) issues and RTR cross functional teams
• Supporting internal and external audit
• Process Improvement andamp; System testing, driving improvements and participating in system enhancements
• Operational back up for Team Lead, including support with new scope absorption and process transition

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of finance experience in general ledger area or professional qualification education
• A strong grasp of financial accounting principles and hands-on experience
• Comfortable with complex data analysis and reporting at a high level
• Very good written and spoken English
• Adaptability - thrives in fast-paced environments, adaptable to change, and open to new challenges
• Self-starter - independent, proactive, and continuously eager to develop new skills and knowledge
