For our Client, a rapidly growing global organisation, we are looking for an Executive Assistant with French to join the Global Business Support function. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior stakeholders across multiple international locations.

Requirements
  • minimum 3 years of experience in an international environment, including supporting senior leadership, taking minutes, preparing presentations and Excel reports,
  • higher education, preferably a master’s degree or MBA,
  • very good command of English and French, knowledge of Polish is a plus,
  • experience managing a team and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,
  • proactive, flexible and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • organizing calendars and meetings, planning appointments, resolving conflicts,
  • managing email correspondence, prioritizing, organizing, responding on behalf of stakeholders and systematically archiving messages,
  • preparing agendas, attending meetings, taking minutes,
  • managing business travel, booking flights, hotels, visas, insurance and preparing full itineraries,
  • supporting budgets and expenses, preparing and submitting claims, handling invoices and purchase orders,
  • preparing documents and presentations, reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint materials, managing documentation in systems such as iManage,
  • coordinating projects, analyzing data, monitoring progress, reporting risks and milestones,
  • maintaining confidentiality and the highest standards in daily work,
  • collaborating closely with global teams,
  • providing ad hoc support, onboarding new employees, organizing team events and off-sites.
