Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR & payroll area or one of them field,
- in-depth knowledge of HR and/or payroll processes,
- self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a high level of ownership and accountability,
- excellent communication skills in both English and Romianian (written and spoken),
- experience in transition project will be huge assets.
Responsibilities
- manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations for the Romanian market, including hiring, onboarding, contract changes and offboarding,
- handle employee HR&payroll queries via internal tools and systems,
- maintain and standardize HR procedures, support audits, and ensure timely payroll, tax, and social security reporting,
- act as the main point of contact for HR and payroll-related matters,
- closely cooperatation with the local team and external provider,
- participate in transition project to GBS in Poland and drive process improvements and automation.
