Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AP area or customer care area,
- knowledge of SAP system will be a huge asset,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance,
- good knowledge of AP processes,
- high business culture and communication skills,
- analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
- willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
- fluent in English (at least B2) and Romanian (at least B2),
- experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.
Responsibilities
- checking and processing incoming PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other AP documents,
- reconciling accounts payable and preparing regular reports (e.g. AP Aging, GR/IR),
- preparing and processing payments on time and with accuracy,
- keeping internal procedures and documentation up to date,
- providing documents for audits and supporting colleagues with similar requests,
- supporting legal entities, headquarters, and AP team members with various tasks,
- looking for ways to improve processes and helping to implement changes,
- handling a variety of tasks within the full accounts payable process,
- delivering good customer service to both internal and external partners,
- spotting problems in daily operations, suggesting solutions, and helping to fix them.
