• Coordinate employer branding events such as job fairs, workshops, and meetings
• Plan and conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including social media
• Collaborate with universities (career offices, student associations) as well as business and recruitment teams
• Prepare recruitment marketing materials, reports, and presentations, and analyze the effectiveness of undertaken activities
• Manage relationships with external vendors

What will you need:

• Passion for employer branding and a desire to grow in this area
• Excellent English and Polish, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive attitude, always looking for new solutions, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients
• Previous experience in employer branding, HR, or marketing, or active involvement in student associations will be an additional asse
