Meet our speakers

Philipp Braunert
Inside Sales Management Senior Analyst
Philipp is an experienced sales and team leader with a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments. His career has grown step by step – from customer advisory roles to managing complex sales processes and eventually leading Europewide sales teams across Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands. A key turning point was moving from Germany to Poland, which gave him opportunities to work in highly dynamic, multicultural business environments. Today, as an Inside Sales Manager, he drives revenue growth by leading international teams, implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a performance-driven, collaborative culture.

Konstantinos Giannos
Delivery Lead Manager
He started his career in Sales Operations in an entry-level role, and through ongoing learning and hands-on experience he worked in roles that required coordination across teams, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex, high volume processes. Since moving to Poland, he’s taken on larger responsibilities within global organizations. Currently, he works as an Area Sales Delivery Lead for our clients.

Magdalena Kryś
Trust and Safety Senior Analyst
Languages have always been Magdalena’s passion, which led her to study Applied Linguistics and further develop skills in this area – this path brought her to Accenture. She joined the company four years ago as a Junior Data Analyst with German, currently she works as a Team Lead in the Rainbow Project.

Urszula Roszczęda
Instructor Senior Analyst
Ula is a trainer specializing in soft skills and the Order to Cash (OTC) field, and a facilitator of educational games. She designs and conducts practical training sessions, coordinates learning programs, and loves helping newcomers get a smoother start. She never planned to teach while studying geography, but now she takes joy in sharing her experience through engaging, game-based learning – proving it’s never too late to change direction and find a new path.

Agnieszka Czajkowska
Instructor Specialist
Her journey here began ten years ago in the Cash Application team, working for a German client. Since then, she has advanced through various roles, and today, Agnieszka coordinates learning and development programs at Accenture Operations. She designs training tailored to project needs, leads facilitator-led sessions, and uses simulation-based educational games to make learning practical and engaging for adults. During our upcoming meeting, she will showcase one of the simulation games we use to support development.

Ewa Kuźmicz
Strategy and Operations Lead
As a Strategy and Operations Lead for Poland, Ewa focuses on office management and developing real estate strategies that support organizational growth and efficiency. Beyond her core responsibilities, she is passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility. Her certification in Change Management and Sustainability Integration enables her to drive initiatives that align with business priorities and environmental responsibility.

Justyna Martula
