Billing Junior Specialist with Portuguese (2nd shift; hybrid 50/50)
THE WORK
- Review, validate, and process credit and rebill requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure billing requests comply with internal policies, tax requirements, and country-specific regulations.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely billing operations.
- Investigate and resolve system-related billing generation issues.
- Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders by addressing billing-related inquiries.
- Perform month-end close activities related to billing and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain and update Customer Master Data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese (min B2)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently and efficiently.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage.
- Openness to working the second shift (15:00–23:00) Please note that during the first 1–2 months, work will be on the first shift due to the training period.
- Openess for hybrid mode (50/50) from Warsaw office
