Requirements
- fluent in English and French (at least B2 level) and German (at least B2 level) and Polish (will be huge asset),
- first experience in a similar role, such as Order Management, Customer Care, Procurement, or Sales Support,
- knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be a strong asset,
- higher education degree,
- high level of business culture and strong communication skills,
- analytical mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- process and track customer orders from all channels,
- update order status in SAP, Salesforce, and other systems,
- answer customer questions and handle complaints,
- prioritize urgent shipments and resolve issues quickly,
- work with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow,
- manage loaner equipment: preparation, returns, invoicing,
- support inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
