We are looking for an AP Junior Analyst to support Accounts Payable operations by managing AP-related queries and ensuring accurate, timely execution of payment processes. The role combines responsibility for query resolution and payment validation due to strong activity dependency within the team.

THE WORK

• Manage and resolve accounts payable queries from internal and external stakeholders via e-mails and calls.
• Respond to invoice related questions, including language-dependent and country-specific cases.
• Review invoice ageing, AP holds, debit balances, and support corrective actions.
• Validate payment proposals, handle rejections, and coordinate manual/offline payments.
• Perform month end close activities (reconciliations, cash forecasting, spent analysis) and ad hoc reporting.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Knowledge of English language, min. B2 level required (both written and spoken).
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
• Great communication, strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel.
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid mode (50/50) from the office located at Przyokopowa 26, Warsaw.
