For our Client from the healthcare sector, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch or/and French. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order management process, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction for B2B clients.

Requirements

  • fluent in English and Dutch (at least B2 level) or/and French (at least B2 level),
  • first experience in a similar role, such as Order Management, Customer Care, Procurement, or Sales Support,
  • knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be a strong asset,
  • higher education degree,
  • high level of business culture and strong communication skills,
  • analytical mindset combined with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • process and track customer orders from all channels,
  • update order status in SAP, Salesforce, and other systems,
  • answer customer questions and handle complaints,
  • prioritize urgent shipments and resolve issues quickly,
  • work with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow,
  • manage loaner equipment: preparation, returns, invoicing,
  • support inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
