B2B Trade Marketing Specialist with German and English
THE WORK:
- Lead planning and execution of trade marketing projects in collaboration with agencies, vendors, and key accounts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
- Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including briefing, supplier selection, cost validation, and performance tracking (KPIs, reporting)
- Act as the main point of contact for service providers and stakeholders during project execution, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoices while monitoring spend and ensuring compliance with internal procurement guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing processes, supporting new tools/solutions implementation, and enhancing execution standards
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3–4+ years of experience in trade marketing, project management, or commercial operations
- Strong experience in managing trade marketing activities and working with external agencies/suppliers
- Fluent German (C1 level),
- Knowledge of English language (min. B2 level).
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Coupa, Power BI or similar tools is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
