Job Purpose:
Responsible for the creation and management of a talent sourcing and intelligence operation that will support the acquisition of talent for High Voulme and Specialist roles within the CSCs in EMEA.
Job Background/Context:
This role is part of the ongoing Talent Acquisition (TA) transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping how the new organization manages and influences resourcing strategy for High Volume & Specialist segment within all EMEA CSCs. The role is a combination of: stakeholder management; change management, direct execution of sourcing and leading the development of the new in-house direct sourcing and intelligence team for EMEA CSCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of CSC & GCB Talent Acquisition and CSC Talent Acquisition Partners’ to prioritize and balance projects
- Personally deliver key searches in the CSCs
- Build and maintain a personal network of passive candidates in priority disciplines and markets
- Hire, onboard and coach the team in sourcing best practice and seek out innovative approaches through various channels to market and supporting tools
- Oversee the provision of high quality market intelligence (i.e. organizational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends)
- Ensure the team conduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive the performance, measure and continually improve the success of sourcing team – contributes to the quality, time and cost of talent acquisition for the High Volume & Specialist segment within CSCs
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects
Knowledge / Experience:
- Extensive experience in TA coupled with broad HR knowledge
- Previous experience of design, set up, and implementation of scalable direct sourcing teams within an internal resourcing function within a complex environment
- Direct delivery experience of sourcing either in-house, RPO or from within the recruitment agency industry
- Expert knowledge of high volume and/or specialist ‘resourcing’ market practices: able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and attract passive and passive candidates at all levels by utilizing advanced sourcing techniques
- Credibility with candidates and leaders: possesses gravitas to lead conversations and influence outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments
- Proven and respected leader who raises the bar and empowers others to perform
Qualifications:
- Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
