Responsibilities

• Process AP Invoices & reviews mismatches and raises queries with vendors and internal customers
• Coordinates the approval of special AP invoices with a purchase order in line with process design
• Oversees payment processing and coordinate the payment approval process in case of issue resolution
• Responsible for AR activities - ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of billing
• Prepares monthly vendors reconciliation and turnover reports under given criteria
• Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls
• Investigates processing errors in respective area of responsibility and drive resolution
• Proactively suggests improvement ideas to drive continuous improvement

Desired Skills & Experience

• Min 1.5 years of experience in an AP and AR processes and good overall accounting background
• Native, bilingual or at least C1 level of Bulgarian
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP ERP would be an asset
• Experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
• Well-organized, results-oriented team-player, with a strong communication skills
