As Senior Recruiter, you'll be a part of the talent and attraction team dedicated to find the right people joining EY GDS organization.

Your key responsibilities

In this role you'll work closely with our service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan. You'll be Hiring Manager's recruitment partner, ensuring all steps in the process are clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis.

• Being a single point of contact for selected EY Service Lines/Service Functions and being responsible for building a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Building strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
• Responsible for creating, tracking and communicating recruitment metrics.
• Taking care of candidates' full life cycle, from attraction stage to contract signing, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and attributes for success

• Recruitment experience in a multinational organization.
• Attention to details and accuracy in recruitment data management.
• Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills.
