We’re looking for an Offering Management – Associate within the White Labelling Solutions – Client Management Team. Your main duties will be:
•Working with the Client Management Team to drive strong client and data risk management across the unit
•Partnering with Client Relationship Managers to collect, review and process KYC data
•Ensuring initial and recurring client risk based checks
•Establishing control lists and monitoring client data quality
•Providing management reports on a regular basis
•Updating and layouting of presentations
•Maintaining standard documents
•Supporting the Client Management team with adhoc projects
•Acting as back-up for a White Labelling Product Management - Associate

You’ll be working within a cross location White Labelling Client Management organization and will contribute actively to the team based in Switzerland and Luxembourg. Your team is dedicated to sophisticated international domiciled Clients. You have the opportunity to grow within an agile corporate culture that values individual contributions and encourages proactive input and feedback. As an Offering Management - Associate, you contribute to the growth of the Client Management – White Labelling Solutions team by ensuring high data quality as well as maintaining and improving the offering management shelf. Your expertise
•Minimum 2 years experience in the finance business within a relatable field
•University degree or equivalent, with a focus on banking, finance or economics
•Compliance and/or risk background would be a plus
•Reliable and focused with good demonstrated time management skills
• Great team player
• Strong analytical thinking with detail-oriented approach / working precisely (data, control of data, standard presentations etc.)
•Strong in connecting the dots between different topics (business, risk, marketing, controlling etc.)
•Sense for layouting and wording (marketing related documents etc.)
•Proficient computer skills, especially Excel, Word and Power Point (and database related tools would be a plus)
•Fluent in written and spoken in German & English
