Overview of the role

Global Benefits Analyst is a member of GB CoE Team in Krakow. Analyst supports day-to-day processes related to policies renewals’ coordination working closely with the Global Benefits Teams.

What the day will look like

You will be working with Aon colleagues to ensure local advice and services meet client expectations and commitments.

  • Managing of renewal of insured employee benefits policies for Global / Regional Broking of Record (G/RBoR) clients of the Aon Global Benefits Practice
  • Management of client and plan data held on Greater Insight
  • Preparation of initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategy, Renewal Summary Reports (RSR) and annual Stewardship reports for G/RBoR clients, to facilitate the governance of client employee benefit programs
  • Providing analytical, administrative and project support to Consultants
  • Ensuring process documentation is up to date
  • Participating in projects aimed at process improvement
  • Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
  • Actively attend meetings with the team, internal clients and partners

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • None required, although experience in employee benefits would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel skills)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Very high attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements
  • Excellent communication skills with customer focus
  • English level – the least B2+ (C1 desirable)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
